St Johns Market – A local family baker who has been in Stafford for a number of years. We took Martin on as our baker when we first opened our doors to the public. As well as supplying us with all of our bread, he also stocks us with his signature pork pies.A Hindles
Bridle Road Stafford – We believe that for the best quality meat products, we shouldn’t have to look far. For this reason, we chose Hindles, as they are a quality local butchers that source there produce as locally as possible.Red Lion Farm
Haughton – In order to maintain our bid to source only quality local produce, we took on Red Lion Farm as our ice cream producer in May, as they are within 10 miles of the pub.M and J Seafood’s
Smethwick – Unfortunately being in Stafford we are a little too far from the coast to call our seafood locally sourced, however we strongly follow M and J’s ethics on traceability, we can trace our catch to the boat and skipper who caught it. We also only use fresh fish to ensure the best quality is landed at your table.A and M Fruit and Veg
Congleton - Where possible they use connections with local farmers to offer local sustainable produce, so we can bring the freshest ingredients to our menus.
