Steve
Joined The Sun in April 2011, and has help created our new menu launching May 2011. Steve has now been promoted to Head Chef and key to our success with our current menu.
Jed
Jed joined The Sun’s kitchen team shortly after we opened our doors back in 2010; Jed started his career with the Sun as a Kitchen Porter and his skills were soon noticed. Jed then continued to make rapid progress as a trainee chef, repeatedly impressing both his colleagues and his dining guests. Jed has recently completed his NVQ in Catering and is now one of our full time chefs.
Luke
Luke joined our kitchen in July 2011. Coming from a varied background – working both in independent and national pub chains, we immediately saw potential. He has since gone on to prove that his working background has left him able to work with fresh food to a high standard, helping to ensure nothing but the best dishes leave the kitchen. Luke is a committed member of our kitchen, and is continuing develop his skills at an impressive rate.
Joe D
Joined The Sun at the April of 2011 as kitchen assistant, Joe is developing his skills with the help of Steve and Jed to encourage his passion to shine through.
